- The Bakers Workshop has a fully equipped 400 sq.ft Research, Product Development & Training Lab. We aid and assist operations of all sizes, to optimize formulas,roduct development, training programs, production efficiencies, and baking process.
- We can apply our Data Logger to identify inefficiencies in your bake or freezing profiles. We can help to adjust your ovens or freezers to optimise your efficiencies.
