My Name is Peter Jacobs, I am a Certified Master Baker (CMB), the Owner of The Bakers Workshop a Bakery application Consulting Company.
At 15, I stepped into a bakery not knowing it would become the foundation for a life spent learning, traveling, and eventually earning my Master Baker certification.
The years that followed traveling to many countries and working with countless teams gave me a deep appreciation for how people and processes shape success.
My work today is about sharing those insights and connections to help organizations operate with more purpose, efficiency, profitable and confidence.
